Abstract

This research has objective to know analysis of affecting Employee Producivity in KSOP Tanjung Balai Karimun. The study is done at the Tanjung Balai Karimun Port Authority and Authority Office as a sample. The data collection done was done through a method of observation, Interview, the literature study, documentation and the questionnaire. Technique the analysis used is linear regression multiple with program assistance SPSS V.21. Based on the results of research and analysis produced equation worship of idols: Y = 1,944 + 0,326 X1 + 0,315 X2 + 0,194 X3 + μ shows that, based on fact the results of empirical (filling out the questionnaire) and the results of linear regression multiple shows that the variable leadership (X1) has tcount of 3,801 and ttable 1,98498 then as much as, H0 were rejected and Ha accepted. Variable Work discipline (X2) has tcount of 3,450 and ttable 1,98498 then as much as, H0 were rejected and Ha accepted. Variable Work experience (X3) has tcount of 2,023 and ttable 1,98498 then as much as, H0 were rejected and Ha accepted. This the research result show that Leadership, Work Discipline, Work Experience it has some positive impact and significantly to Work Productivity in the Tanjung Balai Karimun Port Authority and Authority Office This study aims to determine the Analysis of Factors Affecting Employee Keyword : work produktivity, leadership, work discipline, work experience.
