Abstract

This research has purpose to know Analysis of the influence of Service quality, Facilities, and Brand image on the satisfaction of service users of KM.Dharma Kencana route Semarang – Pontianak` This research was carried out on KM.Dharma Kencana Passengers. Data collection is done through Observation method, Library, Study Interview, Documentation and Questionnaire Analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regresssion with the help of SPSS V. 24 Aplication program. Bassed on the result of multiple research and analysis generated equation : Y = 7.130 + 0,110 X1 + 0,109 X2 + 0,294 X3 + µ Indicate that, bassed on empiricl facts (result of questionnaire filling) and multiple linear regression result indicate that Service Quality variable (X1) has to count of 2.223 and t table 0f 1,98761 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Variable Facilities (X2) has t count of 2,150 and t table of 1,98761 then, Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Brand image Variabel (X3) has t count of 2,916 and t table of 1,98761 then, Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Thus the result showed that the service quality, facilities and brand image have a positive and significant impact on satisfaction of service users at KM.Dharma Kencana route Semarang – Pontianak.
