Abstract

PT. Nilam Port Terminal Indonesia (NPTI) Surabaya is a company in the provision of services and terminal operators and container loading and unloading of goods. PT. Nilam Port Terminal Indonesia (NPTI) Surabaya duty to provide care receiving, delivery and unloading of ships. Operational process systems ship services and goods at the terminal groove patchouli starting from receiving, delivery, and the process of loading and unloading activities of goods from or to the ship. Information technology is essential to service activities receiving, delivery and loading and unloading can be presented quickly, accurately and easily. PT. Nilam Port Terminal Indonesia (NPTI) Surabaya also has established procedures for receiving services can be performed well and mistakes can be minimized, both in the process of service delivery and unloading of goods. In order receiving process can proceed smoothly, quickly and safely should PT. Terminal Nilam further enhance the infrastructure needed, and more discipline officers who perform activities on the ground so that safety is maintained. For service users should adhere to the system established procedure in PT. Terminal Nilam so that the service can be performed well.
