Abstract
Ayub Safanul Amin. 135110048. (KTI 2016). Proses Pelayanan Pembongkaran Gandum Pada MV. Nort Trust Oleh PBM PT. Harindra Mitra Sempurna di Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang. PT. Surya Laut Lingkar Sejati is a EMKL Company. PT. Surya Laut Lingkar Sejati manage Import Cargo service until the company affiliated in Cargo Handling The company try to Improve their service quality to customer so that the beginning of how PT. Harindra Mitra Sempurna whom manage the load and unloading cargo service born. Preparation from personal and readiness by the tool of cargo handling become the important factor in order to make the service fluently. PT. Harindra Mitra Sempurna have some process who had been decided to handling cargo in order to the service could be doing well and reduce error in both of create documents and cargo service. The system of Cargo process service in PT. Harindra Mitra Sempurna start from appointment the unload party by the request from PPSA, then publish the cost estimation as the basic of UPER payment. The Cargo service as load and unload the cargo. In order to the service process doing well, quickly and safely,then PT. Harindra Mitra Sempura ought to be Increase the facility and infrastructure needed and discipline the officer to carry out the activity in application in order to keep the safety. For the customer should obey the system who had been decided in PT. Harindra Mitra Sempurna to make the service going well.
