Abstract

PT. Pualam Emas Perkasa Semarang in the field of port services activities. In duties are procedures services cargoes at Tanjung Emas Port Semarang. The services are fulfill all the requirements to be able to berth and leave the port and also the proses of loading and discharge of the cargoes. That why PT. Pualam Emas Perkasa Semarang had advanced technology to facilitate fast information for customer services, so it can be presented quickly, and accurately. PT. Pualam Emas Perkasa Semarang also had implemented a procedure to increase services cargoes. So, the services can be carried out properly and minimized the errors, either of the documents or the cargoes. The service procedures cargoes in PT. Pualam Emas Perasa Semarang start from Shipping Company or Agent apply to PPSA (Pusat Pelayanan Satu Atap). Then print Estimated Cost Calculations as uper payment basis (for the Money Counts). For cargoes the form of loading and unloading. In order for the services run smoothly, quickly and safely PT. Pelindo should boost more infrastructure, more discipline officers, so that safety is maintained. For customers should adhere to the procedures implemented in the PT. Pelindo.
