Abstract

PT.Pelindo III (Persero) Branch of Tanjung Emas in Semarang engaged in port service ships and goods services, as one of the state owned enterprises engaged in service delivery excellence to its customers. To achieve simplicity in services PT. Pelindo III (Persero) Branch of Tanjung Emas in Semarang using a system of Information Communication Technology (ICT). unless the user division that still use manual system, but it does not affect the performance of services and goods as well as boat storage viable, and well-organized, safe, and errors can be minimized By using the technology systems of Information Communication Technology (ICT). PT.PELINDO III (Persero) Branch of Tanjung Emas in Semarang can optimize the performance of services, service processes ships and goods in a fast, safe and easy.
