Abstract
Writing is formulated in order to know the process of export goods at PT. Naku Freight Indonesia. As one company engaged in the course of care and services this company has export and import facilities. Which has an intensity sufficient to provide facilities to exporters with their warehouse and has been cooperating with EMKL / PPJK.sehingga facilitate the export and import activities. Already many customers are still growing every year even her.To achieve the above objectives, the authors use several methods of data collection that the method of observation, analysis methods, interview and documentation methods, as well as the sources and types of data. In the process of export document handling a lot of things that must be considered. Instuction of Shipping details, booking space ship, up to Invoice.Many customers are already proving service of this company very satisfying.
