Abstract

PT. Perusahaan Pelayaran Nusantara PANURJWAN Branch Surabaya is a company engaged in the field of ship agency services. Rapid information technology is needed to make services faster accurate and based on existing procedures, precise and easy. This study aims to determine the procedures involved in the process of clearance in and out at the Port of Luwuk. This study uses observations, interviews, and documentation. Method of observation by the author is to observe directly di dermaga PT. BJTI Port of Surabaya. Interview method by asking directly to husbandary agent or operational staff at PT. Perusahaan Pelayaran Nusantara PANURJWAN Branch Surabaya. And the latter is the method of documentation is to find and collect data from books, records, etc. The results of this study are in the process of clearance and clearance out KM. SinarJepara very satisfying because it was based on the existing procedures.
