Abstract
PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras is a shipping company engaged in ship agency, ship both national and international vessels. Service process vessel conducted by PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras starts from ships entering the port to ship out of the harbor. Information technology is needed in order for an agency serves ships that can run Seara mediated smooth, precise and quick. Port clerance is a process of control by Syahbandar the ship will sail to leave the port to ensure that the ship, crew and technical - administrative muatn compliant with the safety and security of shipping and maritime environmental protection. Ship agency services to make the process run smoothly, precisely and quickly, PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras must pay attention and prepare all the necessary facilities and infrastructure in the service of the vessel, and disciplining employees who carry out field activities so that each process is executed to run smoothly and with regard to the safety of employees.
