Abstract
Service is an activity or series of activities that occur as a result of the interaction between consumers or passengers with employees PT.PELNI that provided by the company shipping services which are intended to solve the problems of the consumer or the passengers at the port or at an agency where ticket sales. There are many fleet of ships owned by the company, both pasangger roro ship or its pasangger and all have good service system, both on board and on the terminal where to wait for departure. passengers using the public transport services company PT.PELNI when going in the port area or wait for the departure terminal where there are some employees who will serve boarding or checking tickets or passengers for the community, it aims to avoid the things that are not in want or goods carried by the passenger does not meet the requirements or carrying dangerous goods to its other passengers.
