Abstract
Theresa Galaxy which is going to load Splitter grade crude glycerine in Port of PT. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia, Gresik Branch. The first step is PPKA, apply for ship service and send notice of arrival in Port of PT. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia. After clearance in, memorandum will appears from syahbandar. Before loading activity finish, agent prepare the documents for clearance out and handle SPB (sailing approval letter), so the agent’s operational staff bring documents to the ship to let the ship sail. PT. Usda Seroja Jaya handle expired documents in syahbandar and bunker permission, cost of services in port, the cost of berthing, cost of guider, cost of fresh water, cost of fuel, cost of crew ships.
