Abstract
Each country has many diverse sources of foreign exchange. One of the country's foreign exchange resources are exports. With the high amount of exports in a State, The method used for writing this article is to study literature from various sources, both online and offline and interviews of speakers who are expert practitioners who are already very experienced in their field. Export is the activity of issuing goods to the customs area. Here the author tries to explain the export process. The export process has stages and the need to tackle the part of experts. In the export process is also required documents are authentic and archiving later as evidence that the goods exported are valid for the carry out of the country. Some of the documents are authentic Invoice, Packing List, PEB (export notification), Export Approval (PE), and others. These documents have complementary to expedite export process in each port in each country. Without these documents, the exports could not have happened in the absence of valid evidence or proof of authenticity of the submission-filing to carry out activities of issuing goods from the customs area. Steps, the role of PT. Golden Gate Mandiri Batam, and documents that will be needed is the main interest for the writer tries to explain in this simple article. The author suggests to the reader to continue to explore the process of exporting since the rules of each port can be changed at any time for adjusting to the conditions the international community.
