Abstract

Central Ac Treatment And Repair To Improve Accommodation Room Activities MT.BITUMEN SHOURI PT. AEROMIC SHIPPING Ac central is an air conditioner that is used in various commercial vessels such as passenger ships, cargo ships, container ships, tankers etc, AC central serves to change the temperature of become fresher than beforel the room on the ship. If the ship used the Ac, room should be closed so that It will work in effectively accordance with the air conditions that can provide the desired comfort on the ship. The central ac system requires good operational and maintenance methods. It is in order to maximize the AC’s fuction so, the accommodation room condition will comfort. From the observation and collecting of the data on the ship, the demage of central AC system can cause the accommodation room become hot. It can cauce the condition of the accommodation room become incomfortable and influence to the working passion of the crew. The conclusions of this papper are that it is recommended that this central air conditioning be carried out routinely or daily, either before or after the air conditioner is operated, next periodically maintenance can be done gradually, either once a week or once a month according to the manual on the ship. By this maintance, it is expected that AC central will be easier to be controlled. It can be done by doing the maintance in routine and periodically, so the AC condition will work normally.
