Abstract
The cruise is about transportation on the sea. There are 2 kinds of cruise. The first is merchant service and non-merchant service. In supporting merchant service activity using vessels, especially Marine Region IV PT. PERTAMINA (Persero) Cilacap, they used tanker vessel for distributing their oil fuel. Tanker is a vessel that specifically designed to carry liquid. Generally, tanker that we used to hear is: tanker that carries liquid natural gas. This vessel has sophisticated safety equipment for their crew’s safety. Special Port of Marine Region IV PT. Pertamina (Persero) Cilacap has own function for doing loading and discharging of liquid by their Tankers. Bunker Performance Quality and Control (PQC) & bunker operation have big role for loading the supply bunker. Bunker Performance Quality and Control (PQC) is one of the division of Marine Region IV PT. PERTAMINA (Persero) that doing calculations and controlling of the bunker Tanker vessel for maximal performance. There are parties that also related in this division: Bunker Operation and Compliance (BOC), Finance Department or Oil Accounting, Supply Chain or Refinery Planning (RPO), Oil Movement, and Marine Surveyor.
