Abstract
PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) is moving in the service loading and unloading of dry bulk goods such as grain, fertilizer, rice is part of the sea system transportation holding an important role, in the activities of loading and unloading of dry bulk PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) must complete the loading and unloading equipment, the tools supporting the work of loading and unloading dry bulk on the quay Jamrud. PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Branch of Tanjung Perak Surabaya is a limited liability company that is moving in marine transportation services. The business entity is a State-Owned Assets Managing port that can be used by users of port services . It also serves to improve the National Economy. Loading and unloading services for the process to run smoothly, quickly and safety should PT. Pelindo more increasing the infrastructure needed to reduce barriers, and disciplining officers who carry out activities on the ground so that safety is maintained.
