Abstract
Discussions during the writing of this Essay is about the process of stattlement of import documents at PT. MULTI TERMINAL INDONESIA Surabaya Branch . As a subsidiary company of State Owned Enterprises (SOE),PT.Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) has an intensy of exports and imports of service in the field of logistic, werehousing,freight forwarding and transportation services by sea, land or air. Therefore, there are some reference that I use as landasan theory or literature review. Based on research conducted during the practice of land (PRADA), the author uses several methods of data collection that observasi methods, ,interview and documentation methods as well the sourceand types of data. In this activity the goods imported materials from the amount of detail as much as .Complection of the import documents will be succesfull if each party (exporter-importer) can meet requirements of the procedures that have been agreed.
