Abstract

The purpose of writing this Essay is to know about PT. Gold Tempuran Tbk. Surabaya Branch, in providing services to ships and goods. Operational processes and service system ship goods in PT. Gold Tempuran Tbk. Surabaya branch, starting from the groove ship docked, the process of unloading the goods from the vessel until the vessel leaves port. Information technology is needed for activities of ships and the goods can be presented quickly, accurately and easily. To achieve the purpose of writing the above, then the methods used as follows: Methods of Observation, Interview Method, Method Documentation, questionnaire method, as well as Literature Study. Obtained the following results, procedures system pelayanaan ships and goods in PT. Gold Tempuran, Surabaya Branch, starting from the ship arrives at the port of destination. Then make a clearance in which proposed to the harbor master and the IPC for the determination of the petition berth and scouting services in the IPC. The last ship services namely manufacture of clearance out who submitted to the harbor master for the ship's departure. Keywords: Care, Boats, Procedures
