Abstract
Cargo Ship Expedition is an effort aimed at representing the interests of the owner of the goods to take care of all the activities necessary for the implementation of the delivery and receipt of goods through land and sea transportation . The purpose of this paper to determine the extent of the role EMKL (Expedition Cargo Ship) in duties and responsibilities as well as the problems that hinder the performance of employees , to the authors determine PT . Retrieving data using the method of observation , interviews, documents and literature.The results of that research to complete the document in export activities require a variety of documents that are related to each other . Delivery Order (D/O) was brought to the container depot to pick up the container. During the process of stuffing takes place the export documents PT . Jaya Lancar Cargo makes Export Declaration (PEB) and sent to the Customs in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to get a Memorandum of Agreement Export (NPE) . If the container has been entered Container Yard (CY) then do consent fit into the officer in TPKS and carry out the final stage of a series of export activities , namely submit Nota Export Approval (NPE), which has got the signature and stamp of Customs and Excise officers in TPKS.
