Abstract

Title : Crewing service management in terms of environmental health and K3 ( Health and safety) crew boats PT.Peteka Karya Gapura Jakarta . Name : Kurnia Catur Desmantoro Advances in technology have had a positive impact in the development of educational , social relationship management and knowledge society, which in turn affect the patterns of life and human behavior in meeting the needs as well as their duties and responsibilities. Advances in technology have also changed the nature and forms of work. Many machines, materials and new processes that we have encountered as a result of technological progress. However, technological advances also bring adverse side effects if not handled properly, in the form of new dangers that arise such as occupational accidents, occupational diseases, environmental pollution and so on. This study was conducted to determine how the image crewing service management in terms of health, environment and K3 ( Health and Safety at work ) in PT.Peteka Karya Gapura. The method used is qualitative research sources of primary data and secondary data obtained from respondents or books . Therefore, the purpose of manajamen crewing services in terms of environmental health and K3 ( health and safety ) in PT.Peteka Karya Gapura is to provide health care working environment for the crew, provide insurance services for companies if injured at work and planned development qualified human resources in order to achieve prosperity for companies and workers ( sailors ) .
