Abstract
Corn starch is one of the ingredients needed to make a good meal of bread and similar dishes. The amount of use of food as staple, so as to have reduced the pact of the supply of basic commodities in the country. Besides the corn starch staple, thus encouraging the goverment implemented a policy of corn starch imported from other countries, in order to overcome the shortage of supply of basic commodities in the country.
