Abstract
In the analysis of three research studies of analysis of human resources, equipment and comfort. As an independent variable that affects the dependent variable that is service user satisfaction. The formulation of the problem, the researcher's goal and the hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely: analysis of human resources, equipment and comfort on the dependent variable, namely service user satisfaction. In this study the object taken was the extension of the vehicle worthiness test in the city of Tanjung Pinang. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique. Based on the results of research and data analysis generated regression equations: Y = - 0.026 + 0.369. X1 + 0.375. X2 + 0.232. X3 + µ The results of the Multiple Linear Equations show that there is a positive and significant effect on the analysis of human resource satisfaction on service user satisfaction (t count 4.730> t table 1.9818), equipment has a positive and significant effect on service user satisfaction (t count 4.253> t table 1.9818), comfort has a positive and significant effect on service user satisfaction (t count 3.350> t table 1.9818). The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the correlation value R2 showing the number R Square of = 36.9%. And 63.1% of service user satisfaction is influenced by research variables not detected in this study. Keywords: Analysis of human resources, equipment and comfort.
