Abstract
As an island nation , maritime region is a strategic area with a variety of comparative and competitive advantages it has thus the potential to be the development of the national territory . Even historically shows that this maritime region has been functioning as a community center for a variety of physical and geographical advantages it has therefore Indonesia as a maritime country moves through the movement of maritime economy because Indonesia is a maritime country. Potential parts of Indonesia such huge all over the country is an archipelago that requires the transport sector as the driving wheel perokonomian , as well as a node which serves the area of national , regional and international . Besides, the role of sea transport in the main course as a means of realizing the connectivity between islands in Indonesia . The challenge is how to increase the supply of network infrastructure and facilities to ensure the smooth flow of goods and services . The promotion and development of sea transport continues digalakan to achieve optimal levels of service for public service users. School of Sailing is engaged in education . Facilities planned include care facilities , education , training , boarding , sports buildings , museum , auditorium . In accordance with its function to support the activities in it so as to produce the best graduates in the field of shipping . It is therefore planned in its design consists of forms that suit the needs of space , which is composed according to the cruise Kay Words : Safety, Navigation, Sailing
