Abstract

PT. PELINDO III Tanjung Intan Cilacap in the field of port services activities. In duties are procedures services cargoes at Tanjung Intan Port Cilacap. The services are fulfill all the requirements to be able to berth and leave the port and also the proses of loading and discharge of the cargoes. For the example of the activity in there like was stevadoring cativity, cargo dooring activity and also receiving and delivering PT. PELINDO III Tanjung Intan Cilacap had advanced technology to facilitate fast information for customer services ,for example we give services to costumer from PELINDO in loading or unloading cargo to the ship until the ship was departure to next port. so it can be presented quickly, and accurately. In order for the services run smoothly, quickly and safely PT. Pelindo should boost more infrastructure, more discipline officers, so that safety is maintained.
