Abstract
The success of a company engaged in the service sector is if the service offered by the company can be received by consumers and can make these consumer satisfied by using their service (one this research is on the road service companies). Customer’ satisfaction depend on several things, such as : service, prices, facilities and promotions. Those main factor become the major points for the customer’s satisfaction. The purpose for this search is to analysed the corelation betwen those major things on Selamet that taking route from pati to jakarta with the icidental sampling methods. The analysis technique used is Multiple linear Regression. Based on the analysis obtained regression equation as followa : Y = 4,482 + 0,095X1 + 0,359X2 + 0,171X3 + µ From that variable we could know that the most important thing from it, is price with the regrations number 0,095 and for R2 test (ajusted R square) we get the number on 0,606 or 60,6%, means customer’s satisfacation come frome service, price, facilities and fromotions.
