Abstract
PT. Gurita Lintas Samudera Banten branch is shipping companies which provide to shipping agency. Operational sistem proces start from side of ship, stevedoring process from ship until have sail. Information tecnology very necessary in order to make faster agency and stevedoring activities services. Prosedur services shipping agency in PT. Gurita Lintas Samudera Banten branch covering clearance in and clearance out ship. Also the documents clearance in give to harbour master and pelindo. In Pelindo will order place side of ship, sailing schedule and pilot services. The last service is make document clearance out to Harbour Master for sail the ship. The services of shipping agency are handling documents/ certificate ship, crew ship and vessel expenses. In order to shipping companies get faster and comfort, PT. Gurita Lintas Samudera must have diciplin employee in out of office to get safety. For get best services consumen have to care for procedure sistem in PT. Gurita Lintas Samudera.
