Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction on performance of employees (case study on Office UPP class III Juwana starch). The population in this research is the UUP Office employees class III Juwana. The sample in this study is taken with Purposive Sampling method. The data were analyzed by using the test of normality, classic assumption test, koofisiendeterminasi test, test hypothesis and test F. The results of hypothesis testing variables statistically organization culture influence on the performance of employees, organizational commitment variables statistically have an effect on the performance of employees. job satisfaction variables statistically have an effect on the performance of employees. Key words: organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and employee performance
