Abstract

This research is motivated by the choice of inter-city transportation modes between provinces influenced by factors of speed, travel distance, comfort, and socio-economic status of travelers, data processing methods used by researchers are multiple linear regression analysis, in this study analyzed five brand image research variables , trust, facilities and time as an independent variable that affects the dependent variable, namely the decision of the service user. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents with sampling Nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling sampling technique. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of data processing tool (SPSS) version 23. The results of multiple linear regression equations show that there is a positive and significant partial effect between brand image on the decision of service users (t count = 2.621> t table = 1.98525), trust in service user decisions (t count = 2.039> t table = 1,98525), facilities for service user decisions (t count = 4,379> t table = 1,98525), and timeliness of service users' decisions (t count = 3,528> t table = 1,98525) Whereas for simultaneous tests indicate that (F count 28.667> F table 2.47), which means that simultaneously or jointly the independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable.
