Abstract
The construction in Indonesia main target in the field of economic development, then trading activities is one of the economic development is growing role in develop. To create flow goods and services to support the activities trades, there needs to be a means of transport adequate, one of them is by sea. Based on the research done on, we can conclude that PT. BJTI in implementing unloading goods in port is as the conduct of transport of goods to and from the ship carrying, responsibility to transport of goods in unloading goods basically covering protection administrative and protection which are physically. The research is expected to benefit researchers, the community and a college. For researchers, research is expected can tell us that can be right account for scientifically on the implementation unloading PT. BJI. For the findings is expected to be used as input for the community especially users services work unloading goods to and from vessels in port. Likewise for college this research can be used as an adder literature in of KPN, especially in conjunction with the unloading. Keywords: Responsibility, PBM, Loading and Unloading Process
