Abstract

Worthines of fishing veselsis a matter that needs to be considered because it involves the safety and security of shipping. a problems worthiness a ship a matter national scale that develops in rhythm with the development of community. problems faced by now this is the high number of accidents a ship diperairan the java sea and the lack of consciousness , safety and worthiness a ship .There are a lot of factors affect worthy fishing vessel as the crew of the ship , an instrument the operation of , safety equipment and the role of harbormaster . . The formulation of problems , research objectives and hypotheses to research this is to analyze is there any positive influence both individually and simultaneous between variable independent namely the crew of the ship , an instrument the operation of , safety equipment and the role of harbormaster dependent on variables namely worthy a ship .To research this objects trophy is crew a ship a person whose employment above ships i.e. captain and crew members .Data sources covering primary and secondary data .Samples to this research is 100 respondents a sampling used is a technique purposive side Based on the research done and an analysis of produced that one thing in common multiple: the results of the regression equation is linear of multiple show that there was an influence that positive and significant this partial between ( t to count up all = 3,889 & gt; t table = 1.983 ) the crew of a ship , ( t to count up all = 2,472 & gt; t table = 1.983 ) an instrument opration , ( t to count up all = 2,526 & gt; t table = 1.983 ) safety equipment and ( t to count up all = 2,484 & gt; t table = 1.983 ) the role of the port management against worthiness of a ship . While based on together ( simultaneous ) it has some positive effects and significant ( f to count up all = 7,227 & gt; f table = 2,46 ) .The influence of to the four variables reaches as high as the hard research of a very strong cannon is the variable safety equipment of a ship ( x3 ) with a value of up 0,360 at least a high school .
