In this study, the authors aimed to find out everything related to the company EMKL (Expedition Cargo Ship), especially in the handling of quarantine activities and documents and problems and solutions encountered. So that the author knows that in the handling of quarantine document required for the release of goods and the documents used to keep the goods in order to avoid damage. This research includes studies by observation techniques will be undertaken by the author based on the practice of the Army in the company PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras Semarang in which there are the problems faced by the company PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras along with the discussion. Results from these studies showed that the role of PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras is very important in the process of handling quarantine and capable of completing the documents relating to the handling of quarantine and custom licensing Customs clearance and handling the maintenance of quarantine of goods still in port until the goods in the warehouse importer.
