Abstract
In this study, the analysis of three variables of work motivation, work rotation, and career research. As an independent variable that affects dependent variables, namely employee performance. Problem formulation, research objectives, and the hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant effect individually between independent variables, namely: work motivation, work rotation, and career on the dependent variable that is employee performance. In this study the object taken was the employee of Class II Kijang Port Authority and Harbormaster and Authority Office, Riau Islands. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression technique. Based on the results of research and data analysis generated regression equation: Y = -0,589 + 0,393. X1 + 0,340. X2 + 0,283. X3 + The results of multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and persistently significant influence between work motivation on employee performance (t count 3.725> t table 1.9939), work rotation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t count 3.725> t table 1, 9939), career has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t count 2.769> t table 1.9939). The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the correlation value R2 shows the number of R Square is = 58.6%. And 41.4% of employee performance is influenced by research variables that were not detected in this study. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Rotation, Career.
