To support the activities in the port, the agency's role is very important and necessary for the smooth operation of the ship while the ship leaned at the port. Handling in the process of clearance in and the clearance out of the main activities undertaken by the agent on arrival and departure of ships. PT. CTTS Berau as an agent, before the arrival of the vessel MV. Frontier Unity must first prepare all kinds of documents required for processes of clearance in all relevant agencies. Also in the ship's departure, the agent must be coordinated with the ship to prepare all the data for the completion of clearance out to the relevant agencies in order to get permit to leave the port to the port of destination.
