Abstract
PT. Serasi Shipping Indonesia is a shipping company to ship cargo of coal on a large scale thoroughout Indonesia and support by operasional ships and heavy equipment. Started his business in 1967 where the company is still in the form of inter-island shipping under the name is Jardin Service. Writing rhis research uses qualitative and quantitative research methods, aiming to get his results in the form of data through the fact og the natural condition as a direct source to the instrument of his own research. The analysis methods used include interviews, observation, Study Documents, Library. From this methods can help the writing of this paper smoothly and well. The results of this Essay is handling special coal loading at the port of Tanjung Bara. And also to know the agency, document as well as the rights and obligations of the company His keywords : Agency, Loading, Documents
