Abstract

The purpose of writing this paper is to explain the responsibilities of the Office and the Port Authority Ksyahbandaran Class II Tanjungpinang In the safety of shipping and how syahbandar Task to Improve the Safety and Shipping. In undergoing duties Office Ksyahbandaran and the Port Authority of Class II Tanjungpinang there are several obstacles such as delays in shipping agent in filing the motion of the ship, the petition Approval Letter Sail (SPB), ship document is not complete and Certificates ships expired, then the agent must care of the required documents, and pay a fine in order to get permission to sail boats from the harbormaster.
