Abstract
Tanjungpinang port is the port of class II based on the minister of Transportation 36 Year 2012 on the Organization and Aministration of the Office Kesyahbandaran and Port Authority. Tanjungpinang port is the port Commercially managed by PT.Pelindo I (Persero) branch Tanjungpinang . the fucantion setting,controland surveillance carried out by the Office and Port Authority kesyahbandaran Class II Tanjungpinang Tanjungpinang port located at position Coordinates 00o-55’-55”North Latitude and 104o-26’-50” East is located in Riau Island Province Tanjungpinang. Tanjungpinang is divided into two sub port,namely Port of Sri Bintan Pura funcantioning airport current fuctuate both Domestic and International passengers and Harbour Sri Payung Batu Anam that funcantion to serve the flow of Loading and Unloading of Goods. In addition to to the Port Dompak to has passengers from Tanjungpinang destination Lake Punggur (BATAM) Tanjungpinang PP and PP to Singapore and Malaysia. As well as the Port of Tanjung Mocoh for passengers Loading and Unloading activities of goods Pioneer Ship , Ship Pelni well asa Toll of Sea , considering the Riau Island Province has a Sea Area Reached 96%. In this case PORT AUTHORITY OFFICE KESYAHBANDARAN CLASS II TANJUNGPINANG act as the service who took care of like a ship to do port cleareace (in clearance and clearance out) boats in the harbor, take care of the needs of the vessel for at Port and Calculate disbursment account for the harbor. Given the agency services has a very large role in shipping activities,the authors are interested to know in the maintenance service activities like ship to perform maintance port clearence clearance in and out at PORT AUTHORITY OFFICE KESYAHBANDARAN CLASS II TANJUNG PINANG to the author chose the title “VESSEL ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE PROCEDURES AT PORT AUTHORITY OFFICE KESYAHBANDARAN CLASS II TANJUNG PINANG”.
