Abstract
This research has a purpose to know the Influence of Responsibility Factor of Skipper, Role of Syahbandar, Utilization of Support Facility of Navigation to Safety of Sailing (Study at Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang). This research was conducted at Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang as sample. Data collection is done through Observation method, Library Studies, Interview, Documentation and Questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS V.22 program. Based on the result of research and multiple analysis, Y = 0.923 + 0.224X1 + 0.330X2 + 0.358X3 + u Indicates that, based on empirical facts (results of questionnaire filling) and multiple linear regression results indicate that the variable of responsibility of the skipper (XI) has tcount of 2.794 and ttable of 1.98498 then HO is rejected and Ha accepted. Role variable Syahbandar (X2) has t count of 3.682 and ttable of 1.98498 then, Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Variable Means of Navigation Support (X3) has t count of 4.335 and ttable of 1.98498 then, Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Thus the results showed that the variable of responsibility of the skipper, the role of shahbandar, the utilization of the auxiliary means of navigation has a positive and significant effect on the Safety of Sailing at the Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang Keywords: Safety of Sailing, Responsibility of Skipper, Role of Shahbandar, Utilization of Navigation Facility
