Abstract

PT. PPN Panurjwan Semarang is a company that run in containers delivery service.Fast information technology is needed in order to make the service fastand accurate according to the procedure. This study aims to know the procedureand that constraintsinvolved in theclearance in and clearance outof a ship at port Tanjung Emas Semarang. This study uses observations, interview, and documentation methods.Observations methodsthe writer did was directly observe in TPKS quay port of Tanjung Emas Semarangand was involvedin the implementation of clearance. Interview methods is to giving question to husbandary agent or operasional staff PT.PPN Panurjwan Semarang. And the last, documentation methods was search and collect on book, note, etc. The result of this study is the proccess of clearance in and clearance out of MV. OTTO is satisfying because is based on the procedureunder the applicable laws. And also to know about the instance, documents, as well as cost on clearance in and out activity MV.OTTO.
