Abstract
Master Harbour office is Technical Implementation Unit within the Ministry of Transportation, which is under and responsible to the Ministry of Transportation through the Director General of Marine transportation in harbors perform safety functions and order shipping as well as surveillance and law enforcement in the field of shipping. Master Harbour has the highest authority in coordinating the activities of customs, immigration and institutional activitie in harbour. Master harbour etymologically consists of the master harbour.
