Abstract

As an archipelagic country, Indonesia region is the territorial waters of the world ocean transportation activity could potentially be the development of the national territory of Indonesia. This spurred an increase in quality of shipping services. Even with the increasing flow of goods at the port, the cruise company opened its loading and unloading at each port to carry out efforts to increase maritime and national shipping. This work has included the type of paper by using the techniques of and triangulation. Method of triangulation by the author is to observe the direct responsibility of the stevedoring companies in the port of loading and unloading process Ciwandan by PT. Multi Sentana Baja. In the results of this paper indicate that in the process of dismantling of steel billet should be in accordance with the documents that have been received. Once the document is completed the demolition process of steel prepared to prepare the tools that will be used and check the items to be dismantled in order to avoid mistakes in doing demolition.
