Abstract
PT. Borneo Familli Transportama Pontianak is one of the shipping company that handles this problem for interinsular (Interinsular) and is Ocean Exports (Ocean Going) thus will be interesting to be studied and researched more about container management with refrigeration (reefer container) for quality Export products can be guaranteed to the hands of customers who need. In this paper the authors use data collection techniques, tringaluasi is defined as a data collection technique that is merging from the sharing techniques data collection and data sources that already exist. The parties involved in handling the management of Freight Forwarding activities as well as the shipping company, quarantine, depot and Pelindo II Pontianak engaged in their respective fields in the implementation of handling Freight Forwarding. Key words : Freight Forwarding, Container.
