Abstract
Bandar bentan telani is special port for passenger ship and included in point entry yacht used for cruise ship berthing which will travel to bintan, no escape from the need of the region International Tourism Bintan Resort for to bring travelers into the region through the means of sea transport and port facilities. Noting the height of tourist visits to Singapore recorded approximately hundred of thousads annually, and so also when seen from the geographic proximity between Singapore and Bintan or Riau Islands which can be reached within 1 hour relative, we can see that marine transportation is an ideal means to facilitate the tourists visit. By realizing this resort Bintan region as a tourist destination, then the two countries, the Republic of Indonesia and Singapore are committed to making this region can be visited easily by foreign tourists and domestic tourists therefore, the two countries agreed to create a ferry terminal in the territory of their respective countries.
