Abstract
Indonesia is an archipelagic nation between one island with another island has a considerable distance and connect with each other in the sea. Then transport plays an important role in terms of shortening. According to Director General of Sea Transportation, that 90% of the trade world is done by sea, and 95.2% in terms of value of the trade in Indonesia by sea. And now, almost every trade both exports and imports of goods using containers for packing the goods to be shipped. Container handling in turns requires its use, because otherwise it will happen that will cause damage claims. In the standard container operations at PT.
