Abstract
The purpose of this work is to determine a service processes Unloading / Load MV.Kanway Galaxy by Container Station Semarang (TPKS). The documents are in need in the process Unloading / Load, delivering services to stakeholders (service users) as well, and the obstacles faced by the Container Terminal Semarang (TPKS). For data used are primary data and secondary data. The primary data is done with the interview directly to related parties at Container Station (TPKS), while secondary data obtained from books, records, reports, or records which are usually obtained from the media. Data collection method used was the observation that perform direct experience of the research object. The results of the study concluded that the Container Terminal Semarang is the Company Unloading / Load container that handles all activities MV.Kanway Galaxy while in Semarang Container Terminal. By because it Container Terminal Semarang (TPKS) show professionalism as well as the company's ability to increase service to service users (stakeholders). The problem is the key to success is the trust and satisfaction of the service users. Keywords: Unloading services / Loading,Terminal Peti Kemas Semarang (TPKS)
