Abstract

The development of business in Indonesia at this time showed increased very rapidly. From time to time both in quantity and quality, businesses now is no longer monopolized by perpetrators of domestic enterprises, but foreign involvement. Which to distribute its products to the domestic situation is not surprising, considering that Indonesia has great potencial large enough to include the most populous country in the world. Where virtually every company in running its business aims to make a profit in accordance with the ultimate goal of what is expected. Among them is that the company can maintain the viability and the smooth operation. This is certainly biased reached dengna enable and streamline the company's work. Companies in carrying out its activities both companies engaged in the services sector as well as the goods have the same goal, which is to make profit. In addition the company is also willing to give satisfaction to the consumer for services rendered, because customer satisfaction as a benchmark of the company's success in producing a quality company that consumers want.
