Abstract
PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry is a company that run in crossing between islands service.Fast information technology is needed in order to make the service fastand accurate according to the procedure. This study aims to know the procedure that involve in clearance in and clearance outof a ship at port MerakCilegonBanten. This study uses observations, interview, and documentation methods.Observations methodsthe writer did was directly observe inport of Merak. Interview methods is to giving question to husbandary agent or operasional staff PT.ASDP Indonesia Ferry CabangMerak. And the last, documentation methods was search and collect on book, note, etc. The result of this study is the proccess of clearance in and clearance out of KMP.PORTLINK III satisfying because is based on the procedure.
