Abstract
Kijang port is the port of class II based on the Minister of Transportation 36 Year 2012 on the Organization and Administration of the Office Kesyahbandaran and the Port Authority, in kormersial managed by Pelindo II (Persero) Branch Kijang. The function setting, controlling and monitoring undertaken Kesyahbandaran Office and the Port Authority of Class II Kijang. The research was conducted with the aim to obtain data from the Office KSOP Class II deer, in the research and manufacture of the Certificate of Airworthiness manning fishing ship. To take into by the data, the data collection was done by interview.
