Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to obtain a more in-depth and understanding of the reviews PT. Bintang Samudra Utama recruitment plans crew through crewing departments ranging from the role of PT. Bintang Samudra Utama Shipping Owner Top as acting as the executor of the operation of the vessel which helped to send the charge to facilitate the ship owner in implementing productivity. Crew recruitment procedure, namely: department crew crewing looking for candidates who will be placed on meeting the crew. PT. Bintang Samudra Utama making PKL (Sea Employment Agreement), before the crew boarded the ship will be given documents, each document has the function of each to be shown off to the concerned parties if there are checks at the time of sailing ships.
