Abstract
PT. Vinici Inti Lines is a privately owned national shipping company that provides marine transportation services, in particular providing agency services and unloading muat.Perusahaan has 2 branches in Indonesia and the company has a 1-Tugboat Barge vessels. Ships PT.Vinici Core Lines have fixed routes, namely Jakarta-owned Sampit.Kapal consists of six types capacity of 3000, the capacity of 200, ship Tugboat and Barge-Tanker Kapala. The author's purpose is to know the process of clearance of vessels at Inti Lines Shipping Company vinici Jakarta Branch. The method used in making this paper is the method of interview, observation, document study, literature study. The results of this study show the process of clearance of vessels from the ship before it arrives until the ship will sail. There are some that should be considered is how the activities of PT Inti Lines vinici during the clearance process to obtain clearance in and out, the document - any document that is used during the clearance process, and knowing the obstacles - obstacles or constraints at the time of clearance.
