Abstract

PT. National Shipping Indonesia (Persero) is the national shipping company that provides marine transportation services, including passenger transport services and freight. Need a speed accuracy fund good communication to make services more quickly the process is accurate and based on existing procedures, appropriate and easy. This study aims to determine the procedures involved in clearance service in and out clearance at Tanjung Emas in Semarang. This study uses several methods such as observation, interviews and documentation. Method Observations by the author is to observe directly plunged into the world court in the dock archipelago Tanjung Emas in Semarang, Port Authority Office and the Port Authority and the Office of Boating Health. Method Interview with the author's way to ask directly to the staff operationally PT. Indonesian National Shipping Semarang branch. And the latter is the method of documentation by searching for and collecting data from books, records, etc. The results of this study are in and clearance services clerarance out KM.Egon very satisfying because it was based on the existing procedures.
