Abstract

PT.Semen Indonesia is a state-owned industrial enterprises (BUMN), engaged in the cement industry, which has the objective to become a cement company that can meet the needs of industrial materials community domestically and internationally prominent in Southeast Asia. To achieve these objectives, the methods applied by the Indonesian PT.Semen one of them by develop business cement and related industries oriented customer satisfaction.
